Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Norwood, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 26,860-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center.

The work included in this division consists of the furnishing of all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, material and appurtenances and performing all operations necessary for the satisfactory installation of complete and operating Electrical Systems indicated on the drawings and/or specified herein. Any materials, labor, equipment or services not mentioned specifically herein which may be necessary to complete or perfect any part of the Electrical Systems in a substantial manner, in compliance with the requirements stated, implied, or intended in the drawings and specifications , shall be included as part of this Contract. The Contractor shall give written notice of any materials or apparatus believed inadequate or unsuitable; in violation of laws, ordinances, rules or regulations of authorities having jurisdiction; and any necessary items of work omitted a minimum of ten days prior to bid . In the absence of such written notice and by the act of submitting a bid , it shall be understood that the Contractor has included the cost of all required items in their bid, and that they will be responsible for the approved satisfactory functioning of the entire system without extra compensations. This project is estimated at a cost of $500,000.00 for General Base Bid, which includes all work for all trades. Installation of a passenger lift at the Norwood Recreation Center, including all labor, materials, and equipment for all associated trades.
