Demolition, site work and paving for a road / highway in Seaford, Delaware. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Concrete removal, top soil placement, CR-6 material installation, and fencing relocation. This consists of stripping topsoil , removing a large existing concrete pad, undercutting the new road and placing eight (8) inches of CR-6 and compacting the new road sufficient to receive traffic. Placing and grading topsoil over the existing roadway, seeding and matting this area, and relocating existing fence to the edge of the new roadway. Installation of two (2) 6" concrete filled painted safety yellow metal pipes as bollard around an existing utility pole. See attached drawing of proposed work. Actual road placement will be field verified with the Public Works Director prior to the commencement of work
