Contract Documents, dated 06/18/2026 were prepared for the Project by OA-FMDC Project Design Unit, 301 West High Street, Room 780, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101. C. The Work consists of the following Base Bid and three Alternates: Base Bid Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and services necessary for selective demolition, selective asbestos remediation, encapsulation of abestos containing materials, and installation of new flooring, ceiling, wall finishes, restroom fixtures and accessories , plumbing, HVAC, and lighting. Alternate No. 1 includes selective demolition and installation of new restroom fixtures and finishes of select restrooms indicated on the Drawings.
