The Base Bid includes improvements to Peru Park located at 610 24th Street in the City of Union City, New Jersey. The work includes milling, paving, and resurfacing of two (2) basketball courts. Improvements to the Park also include construction and installation of site amenities including the removal and replacement of approximately 220 linear feet of 36 tall modular block walls, landscaping improvements , four (4) basketball hoop systems , trash receptacles, a water fountain with bottle filler station , a bike rack, and two (2) outdoor bleachers . All work on this contract must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
