The Project consists of one ( 1 ) Base Bid. The Base Bid consists of roadway improvements to Central Avenue (from Paterson Plank Road to 18th Street) and spot repair work to sidewalk (from Paterson Plank Road to 18th Street). Work shall include the removal of existing curb and sidewalk, construction and installation of new scored and stamped concrete sidewalk and reinforced driveways, concrete curb, shade trees, resetting of window well grates, cellar door replacement, installation of ADAcompliant curb ramps, upgrading inlets with bicycle safe grates and eco curb pieces, traffic striping, regulatory and warning signs, full depth pavement repair and HMA milling and paving, and other improvements shown within the construction plans. All work on this contract must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
