Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kokomo, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes construction of improvements for a UV Disinfection System at the Kokomo WWTP. The current UV design criteria specify a peak design flow of 40 MGD. The project will generally consist of the following 1. Modification of existing tertiary/filter building facilities, 2. Demolition and modification of the existing filter and filter chamber as required, 3. Modifications of the piping layout, 4. Modifications of the structure layout, 5. UV system equipment and appurtenances, 6. Electrical and controls equipment associated with the UV system, 7. Construction-phase provisions as required to maintain plant flow, tertiary system flow, and PEFTF #1 bypass operations during construction. Construction of UV disinfection system at the Kokomo Wastewater Treatment Plant.
