Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Alliance, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The City of Alliance, Ohio is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified contractors to complete the repair of the historic Mausoleum located within the Alliance City Cemetery. The Mausoleum was constructed in 1909 and contains 420 crypts. It is approximately 5,000 sf in size. The building suffered a catastrophic loss in the summer of 2025 during a powerful thunderstorm when a large tree was uprooted and fell onto the west side of the building at the roof line with enough force to damage both the west and east sides of the roof and the skylights Scope of work will include: Roof replacement with preservation and re-installation of existing Terracotta tiles. Replacement of all skylight units
