Renovation of a municipal facility in Denver, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all submittals on the basis of being unresponsive to this RFQ or for failure to disclose requested information. The State of Colorado, Department of Personnel & Administration (DPA) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications for Architectural/Engineering Services (A/E) for the modernization of the restrooms at the State Office Building (SOB). The restrooms throughout SOB are dated and out of compliance with assorted code and accessibility requirements and in need of full renovation. This also includes a requirement to add gender neutral restroom(s) facilities to adhere to State of Colorado requirements for public buildings. Request for Clarifications Due July 16th, 2026 - 5:00pm MT Anticipated Design Start September 2026 Anticipated Construction Start/Finish February 2027 - July 2027 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
