The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the JFHQ Controlled Space Remodel. The Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) project is located at 6848 S Revere Pkwy Centennial, Colorado 80112. This space is approximately 338 SF. This project will remodel the existing controlled space to current standards to better support mission requirements. The project will include changes to vestibule configuration, rerouting of existing MEP, installation of new water source heat pump and door and wall type upgrades. The selected contractor will need to check in and check out with gate and building leadership. The Joint Force HQ building will remain in operation during construction and work to be conducted Tuesday through Friday 6:30AM to 5:00PM. Weekends, as needed with prior approval, to meet target completion date. The owner will be providing third-party code inspection services. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State. Bidders shall reference the drawings, specifications, and supporting documents in the Appendices for an understanding of the entire scope of the project.
