Description

New construction of a municipal facility in Rome, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

The contractor shall provide the item listed on the Specification document (Attachment 1) on a firm fixed price basis including the cost of the UID Label and shipping FOB Destination to 120 Electronic Pkwy, Rome, NY 13441. Offerors shall submit a technical description and drawings of the guard booth offered as part of their quote. All deliveries shall be made in accordance with FAR 52.247-34 FOB Destination. Offerors must provide at least the same warranty terms, including offers of extended warranties, as offered to the general public in customary commercial practice. Ensure all minimum specifications are met and a drawing will need to be approved by the Government's engineer. The Government desires delivery prior to winter conditions and requests offerors to provide their most aggressive delivery schedule possible. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical capability and price. Offerors are required to complete all referenced representations and certifications and submit them with their quote.
