Demo of existing vestibule roof by Owner. 2. Remove existing metal roof edge at upper roof and prepare for new work. 3. Remove existing electric service conduit/cabling from brick façade and temporarily support for installation of new finish. Reinstall conduit/cabling after new finish is installed. B. POLYURETHANE STONE FAÇADE & PVC TRIM 1. Note: New work shall be performed such that existing roof warranty is not voided. Contractor shall also verify all materials that come in contact with one another are compatible. 2. Install PT blocking on face of existing brick walls for installation of PVC cornice trim. 3. Install PVC trim, per details. Miter all joints, glue with manufacturer's adhesive, and nail in place. 4. Install sloped blocking on top of existing parapet wall to extend over new trim. Cut to fit. 5. Install flashing across top of parapet wall, lapped over existing EPDM membrane on back side and PT blocking on front. 6. Install bent aluminum coping on top of parapet with black factory finish. 7. Install PT blocking and peel & stick flashing at window jambs & heads, per details. 8. Install PVC trim around 2 windows on front façade, with PVC keystone at each window. 9. Install PT blocking at water table on front façade, per detail. 10. Install PVC trim along existing water table on front façade. 11. Install polyurethane "ledgestone" panels on +/- 16' tall front façade. (See elevations) GenStone Iron Ore 12" panels, or equal. Install factory-made corners at all four outside corners. Install per manufacturer's instructions over existing brick. Utilize manufacturer's adhesive, caulk and finishing kit. 12. Caulk all joints where panels and PVC trim meet. Color to match paint on PVC trim. C. PAINT PVC TRIM 1. Paint all new PVC trim with one coat of Sherwin Williams Extreme Bond Primer (B51 series) and two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Exterior Latex Satin (A89 Series). 2. PVC cornice at vestibule to be painted white. PVC cornice at upper walls and all other trim to be painted black. Specific colors to be selected by Owner. 3. Scrape, seal and paint two existing concrete window sills on front façade. Paint with one coat of Sherwin Williams Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer/Sealer and two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Exterior Latex Satin (A89 Series)
