The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) / National Forensic Chemistry Center (NFCC) requires the purchase of multi-year service contracts for Nitrogen Generators at multiple satellite lab locations, including Queens, NY; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Honolulu, HI; and Torrance, CA. The scope of work includes 1 or 2 on-site preventative maintenance visits per year by a Peak engineer, all maintenance parts, labor and engineer travel charges, full function checks, component retrofits when applicable, compressor repair or replacement as required, breakdown/repair service with priority on-site engineer availability including all parts, labor, and travel charges, a guaranteed on-site response time of 48 hours, and online technical support. Contractors must provide field service reports for each service call and monthly summary reports to the FDA COR or designee. Equivalent requirements differing from the minimum must be justified by the vendor and evaluated by the NFCC. PoP 09/14/2026 - 09/13/2027
