This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the City of Camrose ("the City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Camrose HLPS #2 Reservoir Repairs. The intent of the work is to restore water tightness of the HLPS #2 potable water reservoir structure (located at 3701 50 Street in Camrose, Alberta) and undertake rehabilitation work as shown on the plans. The work involves localized concrete restoration of HLPS # 2 reservoir walls including: Partial depth concrete repairs on interior reservoir walls at spalled and delaminated locations. Application of cementitious crystalline waterproofing to surfaces of partial depth repair areas Concrete surface repairs at interior wall areas of severe scaling. Epoxy crack injection at interior wall locations. Localized test hole excavation at exterior wall assembly to expose post-tensioned wires and confirm reservoir wall thickness.
