Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Camrose, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Rosealta Lodge 1, located 4318 53 St, Camrose, Alberta, contains 65 units and is owned by Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), and is operated by Bethany Nursing Home of Camrose (TBG) ASHC is seeking to procure a qualified contractor to remove and replace three existing make-up air units (MUAs), currently identified as ICG Models UPBH-12-600 GV, UPBH-12-600 GM, and DNA 40N. As part of this project, the contractor shall evaluate the feasibility of incorporating mechanical cooling into the existing HVAC system. This assessment shall include consideration of a centralized chiller system or other suitable cooling technologies to improve occupant comfort within common areas and other high-occupancy spaces. The contractor shall provide recommendations, implementation considerations, and preliminary cost estimates for each option.
