Reference Number NB-2026-2031 Snow Removal and Salt Service (Including Spreading Aggregate or Other Snow Melting Material) Winter Maintenance Service Contract Project 2026-2031, Streets of Vallée-des-Rivières, 5-Winter Season Agreement. The Municipality of Vallée-des-Rivières will receive tenders in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender Project 2026-2031". Tenders submitted in response to this call for tenders will be processed in accordance with the following terms and conditions:(i) The Municipality reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept or reject any tenders.(ii) The Municipality will not necessarily accept the lowest tender or any of the tenders.(iii) In deciding to award a contract under this call for tenders, the Municipality may take into account:The quality of different or similar work performed by each bidder under previous snow removal contracts.The bidder's capacity to perform the work, the quality of work they have previously performed, their financial capacity to perform the work, and their competence.References for similar work may be requested from the bidders.(iv) The Municipality will make all decisions under these provisions at its sole discretion. By submitting a tender, the bidder acknowledges that they will not have the right to submit further tenders, the right to be heard by the directors of the Municipality before a decision is made under these provisions, or the right to request a review of a decision made by the directors of the Municipality to that effect.
