Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Hampton, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Removal and replacement of existing roof shingles on the Brunson Town Hall including labor, materials, equipment, and inspections for a complete roofing system. Contractor shall provide: 1. Mobilization and site preparation. 2. Protection of existing building components, landscaping, and adjacent areas. 3. Removal and lawful disposal of existing roofing materials. 4. Inspection of existing roof decking after removal of shingles. 5. Replacement of damaged or deteriorated roof decking as approved by the Town of Brunson. 6. Installation of new roofing underlayment approved for commercial application. 7. Installation of new architectural asphalt shingles meeting or exceeding Installation/replacement of: Flashing Pipe boots Valleys Ridge caps 9. Cleanup of work areas and removal of construction debris. 10. Final inspection and warranty documentation.
