The project consists of providing a new minimum four (4) ply modified bitumen membrane roof system. ENERGY STAR compliant with a reflective finished surface achieving a minimum solar reflectance of .92 (initial). Furnish and install new membrane roof system on all roof areas of the building consistent with the requirements of ASCE7 and the current Florida Building Code (FBC). Work scope will consist of furnishing all materials , labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary for the successful completion of the project. Bid price must include the removal and proper off-site disposal of all work related debris to approved dumping locations . Bid price must also include asbestos survey engineering and all related permit fees and permitting expenses.
