For the design and construction of a new Public Works Equipment Storage Building at the City's Public Works Compound, located at 202 Division Street West, Melfort, Saskatchewan. The new building will be insulated, heated and electrified and must accommodate large municipal equipment. The successful Design-Build team shall provide the following services, at a minimum: Architectural design of the building Structural engineering design , including engineering assessment of existing concrete slab Foundation design (grade beam, structural slab, or structural piles) Mechanical engineering design Electrical engineering design Building code review Building permit application Issued-for-Construction drawings for all building components Construction (including all labour, materials, and equipment) Testing and commissioning As-built drawings Warranty documentation The successful proponent shall coordinate all required utility locates and obtain any permits required to complete the work The existing 40 ft. x 80 ft. concrete slab is intended to remain where feasible and must be assessed by the successful Design-Build team for potential reuse.
