Replacement of a 180' Rohn Communications Tower. The Fulton County Emergency Telephone System Board ( ETSB) is seeking sealed request for proposals from qualified manufacturers and vendors who specialize in public safety communication systems. Fulton County ETSB intends to install a 180' Communications Tower at 700 Carter Street in Fairview, Illinois. It is the intention of Fulton County ETSB to enter into contracts with one vendor that can provide a turnkey solution for the following scope of work regarding the installation of a 180' Rohn SSV Tower: Excavate Site for Foundation Construct Foundation (Based upon 26 Cubic Yards of Concrete) Assemble Tower On -Site Install Ground Ring per Motorola R56 Standards Install Lightning Rod on tower and connect to ground ring Stack Tower Install ice bridge from tower base to building (approximately 20') Install wall penetration for RF cables Install 6 antennas on appropriate stand offs (provided by customer) Install 6 RF lines (provided by customer), Secure RF lines to tower with appropriate snap hooks Installation of weed barrier to cover 30' x 30' area Delivery of 20T of #53 crushed stone to create approximately 4" base Even spreading of stone across compound *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
