Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Installation of historical street lighting along the 700 East corridor including labor, materials, and equipment. Question Deadline 08/07/2026 at 12:00 PM MT The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the following line items: Item No. 1 Description Unit Bid Quantity Mobilization LUMP 1 2 Traffic Control LUMP 1 3 14' Historical Street Light with GFCI Outlet EACH 32 4 Electrical Circuit A LUMP 1 S 6 Electrical Circuit B 3-Inch Concrete Core - 5.2 General Construction Notes & Requirements: LUMP 1 EACH 1 Fixture Installation : Install thirty-two (32) 14-foot historical street light poles (Global Lighting Perspectives GP133-14 series or approved exact equivalent) on existing pole bases. Finish: Green Vein (GV) o Optics: Type V Lens, 30W LED, 120V-277V auto-sensing voltage. o Receptacle: Include GFCI outlet with NEC wet-location cover on pole base. Protection: Install fuse kits inside each pole base. Wiring & Cabling: Pull #6 AWG Triplex Aluminum Cable with a #6 solid ground wire through the existing 2-inch electrical conduit as detailed on plans EL-01 through EL-07. Circuit A cable run : ~2,000 feet. Circuit B cable run : ~1,200 feet. Pull Boxes & Grounding: Provide and drive ground rods in each pull box. Terminate wires in pull boxes using weatherproof PEDS. Building Core & Conduit Extension : o Core a 3-inch hole in the concrete wall of the HPC Building (Sheet EL-05) to access the existing 2-inch conduit back to the building electrical panel. Extend conduit to the outside wall of the HPC Building as shown on EL-05.Panel & Control Equipment: 6. UTAH TECH Extend Circuits A and B into the building to the existing 480 Volt panel. 700 EAST STREET LIGHT PROJECT Install new circuit breakers for lighting circuits and GFCI outlet circuits in the existing panel. Supply and install lighting contactors, time clock, and photocell control apparatus to manage automatic fixture operation.
