Plan holders will be required to have a valid email address and must purchase the Bidding Documents in order to be eligible to submit a Bid. Cleaning and installation of 8-inch Cured-In Place Pipe (CIPP) of approximately 328 linear feet of sewer line and two sanitary manholes. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. The project consists of the cleaning and installation of 8" Cured-In Place Pipe (CIPP) of approximately 328 LF of 8" sewer line and two sanitary manholes in Cleveland, MS, and other incidentals as indicated on the project drawings. Bids may be submitted in person, by mail , or electronically. For delivery in person or by mail, the Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the following: Bid for the City of Cleveland, MS, Jefferson Circle Sewer Rehabilitation Project, to be opened on August 20, 2026, and addressed to The City of Cleveland, 100 North St, Cleveland , MS 38732, Attn: Michelle Arbuckle, City Clerk. In addition, the envelope shall list the bidders Company Name, Company Address, and the Bidder's Mississippi State Contractor's License number. The Owner and Engineer assume no responsibility for the premature opening of any bid envelope that is not properly marked. For electronic delivery, Bids must be submitted at cityofclevelandmsplans.com. All electronic Bids must be submitted in portable electronic format (PDF) and must contain the same information, forms, and Bid Security as required for paper Bids.
