Contract documents may be obtained from Burris/Wagnon Architects, P.A., with a deposit of $50.00 required. Bid preparation must follow the Instructions to Bidders found in the project manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders' use at the bid site.
