Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Amanda Park, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 6,500-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Requesting statements of qualifications from consultants to provide services for the new Auxiliary Gym project and other improvements as may be deemed appropriate by the district. The project will construct a new Auxiliary Gymnasium that is approximately 6,500 SF. Services may include: determining scope of work needed to complete the construction along with projected costs, feasibility, timelines, and other related services as needed. The project will be funded by the Lake Quinault School District and assisted with funds from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) Healthy Kids, Healthy Schools Grant. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding and to accept the bid deemed best for the District.
