The Caddo Parish School Board (CPSB) has a need for professional architectural and engineering services from time to time. It is the intent of the board to review the need for those services and to appoint a competently qualified architect or engineer accordingly in an objective and equitable manner, preferably whose principal offices are located in Caddo Parish. Professional services are required for renovation and new construction projects. The types of projects for which selections will be made include: Building construction/renovation Roof replacement/waterproofing Heating, air conditioning & ventilation systems Electrical wiring Fire alarms & fire safety Accessibility compliance Environmental compliance Drainage/paving Firms shall submit qualifications on AIA Document B305, Architects Qualification Statement 2021 Edition, to the Construction and Capital Projects Department, Caddo Parish School Board, The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
