Site development includes earthwork, landscaping, exterior lighting, parking areas, sidewalks, roadways, and special foundation systems required to address local expansive soil conditions. The project also includes six 5-ton overhead bridge cranes for maintenance operations, with five required to be nuclear certifiable, and a backup generator consistent with Air Force facility requirements.
