Blower upgrades at the Hamby Water Reclamation Facility. This project consists of the following work to complete the installation of the following at the Hamby WWTP:. Demolition and disposal as shown on the Drawings in preparation for the equipment installation. Installation of two (2) blowers meeting the design specifications and requirements of this contract. The equipment may consist of APG or another blower manufacturer that is engineer approved meeting the design specifications. The Engineer of record will review and approve all proposed blowers ensuring the technical specifications are met and full integration of any substitution with existing blower system prior to installation. Installation of AC units and controller as shown on plans. Installation of Piping modifications to two existing blowers as shown on plans. All concrete work as shown on plans. Installation of 4 new DO probes and all required hardware on aeration basins to replace existing. Coordinate with the blower manufacturer for all startup, controls integration, programming, testing, and operational monitoring with existing aeration system and plant SCADA system. viii. Furnishing and installation of all piping, valves, supports, electrical, structural, instrumentation, controls, appurtenances, programming and incidental work necessary to provide a complete and fully operational four-blower system and associated HVAC equipment as shown on the drawings and specified herein.
