Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Pursuant to ORS 279C.365 and City of Eugene Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-049-0200, sealed bids for Technical Resilience Center Upgrades HVAC and electrical improvements, including installing Owner furnished uninterrupted power supply units (UPS). Portions of the bid documents are deemed Confidential, and will be labeled Confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed by all Pre-Bid Conference attendees and everyone accessing documents deemed Confidential. Obtaining confidential documents will be required for responsive bids. Statements made by the City's representatives at the pre-bid conference are not binding upon the City unless confirmed by written Addendum. The City of Eugene may hold Bids for a period not to exceed sixty ( 60) days from date bids are due for the purpose of reviewing bid documents and investigating qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding Contract . The City of Eugene reserves the right to reject any Bid for good cause upon finding that it is in the best interest of the City to do so . Question Deadline 08/11/2026 Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a request to reach the Owner at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
