Outbound Baggage Enabling Project Project Description In general, the project involves the relocation of existing utilities to prepare for future building (to be constructed as part of a separate contract). This project also involves the demolition and abandonment of existing utilities, demolition of existing pavements, new pavements, and new drainage infrastructure Bids shall be valid for ninety (90) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any bidder in the submission of a bid. Prevailing Wage Rates This ITB is for a public improvement project which is subject to both the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a) and State of Oregon Bureau of Labor (BOLI) prevailing wage laws (ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870).
