Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lemitar, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and development.
Polvadera Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association is requesting qualifications-based proposals from licensed professional engineering firms to update and advance existing engineering documentation for the Polvadera MDWCA Erosion Control and Water Line Cover Improvements Project, funded through SAP 23- H2490-GF. This project is funded by a New Mexico Capital Outlay Grant administered by the New Mexico Environment Department Construction Programs Bureau. The grant amount is $201,812 , with a reversion date of June 30, 2027. The authorized purpose is to plan, design, construct, and improve erosion control structures, including replacing water line covers with engineered fill and concrete, for Polvadera Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association in Socorro County, New Mexico. The Association has prior engineering/design documentation. The selected engineer will review the existing work, confirm the project scope, update the PER or prepare a PER addendum if required , refresh project pricing using realistic 2026-2027 costs, prepare bid-ready documents, and provide bidding, construction administration, periodic observation, and closeout support as needed . The intent is to avoid duplicating prior planning unless updates are technically necessary.
