The new building shall match or exceed the size, materials, durability, and functional characteristics of the existing vault toilet buildings currently installed at the NCA recreation site. This project also includes removal of one existing single-vault toilet building. The Contractor shall provide all site prep equipment, all lifting equipment and rigging needed for the installation of the new Single Vault Toilet Precast Building. 4. A minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the delivery of the Single Vault Toilet Precast Building, the contractor shall provide the BLM with detailed offload configuration options. Work shall consist of providing and installing One ( 1 ) Single Vault Toilet Precast Building and the removal and disposal of one (1) Gunnison model CXT by the contractor.
