Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Grants, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Grants Cibola County Schools is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform architectural and/or engineering design services using the design-bid-build method in connection with the S25-001 Grants - Grants HS Systems Replacement for the District as more particularly described at Exhibit 1. One contract will be issued to the selected Offeror for the project, with a term not to exceed four years. All inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted in writing to the designated Procurement Manager. Offerors may contact ONLY the Procurement Manager regarding the procurement; other District employees or Evaluation Committee members do not have the authority to respond on behalf of the District. Project Budget (MACC): $11,667,123.00 Question Deadline 06/17/2026 All written questions must be addressed to and sent to the Procurement Manager.
