The County of Cibola is requesting proposals for professional architectural services, engineering services, surveying services, landscape architectural services, and planning services for the design and construction of a Public Safety Training Center. Proposals must be submitted as hard copies to 700 East Roosevelt Avenue Ste. 50, Grants, NM 87020. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the site location, 2001 Cliff Lear Road, Grants, NM 87020.
