Renovation of a municipal facility in West Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of West Sacramento ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide improvements at the Bridgeway Lakes Boathouse. The popular rental venue has experienced general wear and damage to interior finishes and fixtures over time and requires updates to maintain an attractive and elegant space. Work includes removal, lawful disposal, furnishing, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, rework, and services necessary to Remove and replace existing cabinets and countertops Install wainscoting panels on interior walls Paint interior walls Remove and replace existing flooring with high traffic vinyl flooring Remove and replace existing lighting fixtures with troffer lighting in drop ceiling. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and coordination to properly connect and commission appliances and furnishings.
