Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Panama City Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a new ADA compliant boardwalk with an observation deck and a 5-foot wide sidewalk connecting the roadway to the boardwalk. Question Submission Deadline:August 17, 2026, 5:00 pm Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to construct a new ADA compliant boardwalk with a small observation deck at the end of the boardwalk. The project will also include a new 5' wide sidewalk from the roadway to the boardwalk. An as-built survey shall be provided to the County upon completion of work. The existing boardwalk has been demolished. Project may not begin until closing of the 2026 turtle nesting season which ends October 31, 2026. SIZE (GROSS SQ. FT.) OF RENOVATION: 905 SQ. FT.
