This project includes the reconstruction of Front Beach Road Segment 4.1 from the end of the reconstruction of Segment 3 near the Lullwater Drive intersection to east of Hills Road. The project includes widening the roadway to include a landscaped median, median turn lanes, landscaping, trolley/bicycle lanes, pedestrian walkways, signage, lighting, pavement markings, drainage system, and the relocation and undergrounding of utilities that are within the right of way.
