Cactus and avocado tree removal The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, incidentals, permits, and other resources necessary to complete the vegetation removal activities described in this Request for Proposal. The Contractor shall coordinate all work activities with the County's Project Manager and any required biological monitors or environmental compliance personnel . The Contractor shall notify the County Project Manager a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to scheduling field work, or as otherwise approved by the County, to allow biological monitoring to be coordinated in accordance with the Baron Ranch Crotch's Bumble Bee Habitat Restoration Plan. The Contractor shall not commence vegetation removal activities until authorized by the County Project Manager and all required biological monitoring and environmental compliance measures are in place. Should any sensitive species be observed during work, contractor shall immediately stop work and notify the project manager. Shortlist Confirmed
