The Main Terminal Expansion, Terminal Gates, and Enabling Work will be subject to a separate NEPA/NHPA coordination effort. Certain Base Scope elements may remain subject to additional environmental permitting requirements, the details of which will be identified in the RFP. Offerors are advised that known and previously identified archaeological sites exist within or adjacent to the Package A footprint. Specific avoidance buffer requirements, monitoring protocols, and inadvertent discovery procedures will be established in the Contract.
