Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in La Porte, Indiana. Decommissioning of a steel packaged dry pit wastewater lift station and replacement with a duplex submersible municipal lift station, including a new wet well, valve vault, control panel, vent, bypass connection, site restoration, and installation of approximately 1250 LF of HDPE sanitary force main by directional drill and other appurtenant work within the City of La Porte. There is an Alternate for this project that consists of purchasing a multi-phase industrial towable standby generator. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
