Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and medical facility.

Project no - 22164.001 Construction services are being procured under an unrestricted acquisition, allowing businesses of all sizes to submit proposals. Offerors should refer to the SF 1442 and the specifications/drawings for the complete project requirements. Amendment 0001 was issued to distribute the site visit sign-in sheet. Amendment 0002 clarified that the site visit is mandatory for offerors and announced a second site visit, with details provided in attachment "36C24426R0139 0002." Amendment 0003 extended the proposal due date and distributed additional documents identified in attachment "36C24426R0139 0003." MAGNITUDE: IAW VAAR 836.204 the magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: All RFIs must be submitted in writing via email to BOTH Amanda.Murphy5@va.gov and Elijah.McIntosh@va.gov. RFIs are due by 8/06/26 at 4:00 PM local. No further RFIs will be considered after this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
