Approximately 1,410 SF interior renovation of the Property Appraiser Office including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the interior renovation of the Property Appraiser Office. Question Deadline 08/17/2026 Scope of Work Demolition Remove partitions, doors, flooring, ceilings, millwork, fixtures, and associated mechanical/electrical components. Provide dust containment and protection of adjacent finishes and building systems. Perform all demolition clean-up and legal disposal of debris. Interior Construction Construct new metal stud partitions with gypsum board, acoustical insulation, blocking, and finishes. Furnish and install new interior doors, frames, hardware, and accessories. Provide and install storefront systems, interior glazing, and glass doors. Install new security transaction counter, ballistic protection assemblies, and associated millwork. Provide and install all millwork including reception counters, storage cabinetry, breakroom cabinetry, countertops, and shelving. Flooring and Finishes Install terrazzo tile flooring, carpet tile flooring, base, and transition strips. Install acoustical ceiling systems and hard-lid ceilings. Provide complete interior painting and surface preparation. Mechanical Work (HVAC) Perform HVAC modifications including ductwork, diffusers, grilles, air balancing, testing, and commissioning. Electrical Work Modify and install lighting, receptacles, circuitry, low-voltage rough-ins, and associated devices. Plumbing Work Perform plumbing modifications including fixture relocations, water and sanitary piping changes, and system testing. Fire Protection Provide all required fire alarm and fire sprinkler modifications necessary to maintain code compliance.
