Site work for a water / sewer project in Puckett, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of furnishing materials for an automatic meter reading (AMR) system with approximately 260 water meters and appurtenant items for the Town of Puckett. 5/8" x 3/4" AMR Meter, 1" AMR Meter, 2" AMR Meter, 3" AMR Meter (Flange Connection), 5/8" x 3/4" AMR Register & EID (Retrofit to Existing CO EA 30 Meter Base) 6" AMR Register & EID (Retrofit to Existing Meter EA 1 Base) Meter Box and Lid, Meter Box Lid Only, 3/4" Meter Valve, 3/4" Brass Coupling, 3/4" Meter Riser (7"), Billing Integration Fee, Hardware, Software, Startup, Training & Support Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents. Town of Puckett reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any and all informalities and reserves the right to hold all Bids for examination for a period not to exceed sixty (60 ) days and to award the Contract to the lowest and best Bid complying with the Plans and Specifications within said time. Question Deadline 08/12/2026 Every request for suchinterpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
