Site work and paving for a civil project in Starke, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Project Notes 1. All Steets and Avenues will be paved from edge of intersect to edge of intersection 2 All new culverts shall be concrete. The shape and size must remain as original. All culverts must be replaced to their original inverts and maintain a positive flow from culvert to culvert. 3. All roadside ditches along newly paved roads must be cleaned from culvert to culvert and maintain a natural flow from culvert to culvert. Some ditches are concrete lined. The contractor shall repair any of the concrete lining which is damaged by their equipment. 4. All Avenues that have existing utility cuts will require testing for densities of base and sub-base compaction. All testing must reach 98% compaction or higher prior to paving. 5. Any areas that have grass stripped or damaged will require new sod. No seeding allowed. Contractor must water until sod is established. 6. ALL millings, dirt or other recyclable materials shall remain on Camp Blanding and will be hauled at no expense to the owner to a location on base not more than 4 miles. 7. Some intersections have little or no radius. All intersection must have a minimum of 30' radius after paving. 8. Contractor to coordinate with CBJTC for disposal of all removed culverts through the Camp Blanding recycle program. 9. All Avenues will be re-striped with center line and edge markings. No reflectors. Contractor must have, a Designated Superintendent on site, ALWAYS during construction. 10.
