Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Starke, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

New construction site and facilities to include, but not limited to the following: Construct a standard designed Multipurpose Training Range (MPTR) with Infantry Platoon Battle Course Overlay in accordance with US Army Corps of Engineers Range Design Guide and TC 25- 8. Scope includes all site improvement and utilities (electric, water, waste, information systems) to support the primary and supporting facilities. Primary and supporting facilities include but are not limited to range control tower, range operations and storage, ammo building, latrine, bleacher enclosure, mess shelter, AAR building, camera tower, urban building cluster (7 buildings), stationary and moving targets, trench complex, fighting positions and bunkers, parking areas, sidewalks, gate.
