Description

Demolition for a medical facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 13,448-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

The scope of work for this proposal is set forth in the attached Demolition of the Outpatient Center specifications drafted by GMC Architects (the Scope of Work). The work shall also be performed in accordance with state and federal disaster grant requirements. This is an open bid, and any applicant who meets the minimum qualifications and is interested in the work is encouraged to apply. If in doubt about bidding requirements or the Scope of Work, please contact the District as described in the Pre-Submittal section below. Time is of the essence for this project. Applicants must be ready to mobilize and start work quickly.
