Programming, site analysis, relocation of existing K-9 training facility, and construction of a new fire training facility. The City of St. Petersburg, Florida ("City") is seeking the services of a qualified construction management ("CM") firm interested in providing CM services for Fire Training and K-9 Compound Lake Maggiore Programming and Site Analysis project, located at 22nd Street South, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33712. The Scope of Services sets forth the services, activities and responsibilities that will be performed by the Construction Manager and the Deliverables that will be provided by the CM pursuant to an Agreement.
