All specifications listed on the drawings are for informational purposes only and Contractor shall use the Scope of Work outlined herein to manufacture and deliver the safety pool cover. Remove and properly dispose of the existing safety pool cover and any damaged or unusable attachment components. . Furnish one ( 1) new custom-manufactured commercial-grade safety pool cover specifically designed to fit the existing pool dimensions and configuration. . Provide a cover fabricated from heavy-duty, UV-resistant, weather-resistant material suitable for extended outdoor exposure and seasonal use. . Furnish a complete anchoring system consisting of heavy-duty straps, stainless steel or corrosionresistant springs, and all required deck anchors and hardware required for installation by the City. . Clearly identify and package all hardware, attachment straps, anchors, springs, and accessories required for installation by the City. . Provide the manufacturer's recommended installation instructions and layout drawings identifying anchor spacing, cover orientation, and tension requirements. . Deliver all materials in new, unused condition, free from defects and damage. . Remove all delivery debris and packaging materials generated by the Vendor from the project site at time of delivery.
