Demolition and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Quesnel, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
On behalf of School District No. 28, we are pleased to offer you the invitation to provide a stipulated price Tender for the proposed hazardous and regulated materials abatement and building demolition work to be conducted for Carson Elementary School. Question Deadline 08/18/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Direct all questions to the Hazardous Materials Consultant at by e-mail to info@peakenvironmental.ca. The Hazardous and Regulated Materials Abatement portion of the work includes the removal and safe disposal of asbestos, lead, PCB, Mercury, Biological, Toxic, Flammable or Explosive Materials located within the building on the site identified as the Carson Elementary School. The project shall also include the complete demolition of all structures on site and civil work to return the property to a flat level surface. Abatement locations and materials are detailed in the 5785 R01kn Pre-Demo Hazmat Assessment - Carson Elementary School 1255 Graham Ave, Quesnel, included in Appendix A of the Contract Documents.
