Brief description of project: Water Well Work - remove existing vertical turbine and discharge piping and replace with dual pump installation and piping. This is a well rehab project where the contractor is required to convert the existing municipal well which contains an installed single vertical turbine pump and discharge piping into a duplex pump application with duplex discharge pipes extending outside of the building. The Bidder shall inform himself of all conditions and factors which would affect the execution of the work. No claims for financial compensation, based on the lack of such prior information (or its effect on the cost of the work), will be permitted by the Owner. Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond.
