The scope of this project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel , lifts, and licenses and permits to expand the existing cantonment area of the Greenlief Training Site in Hastings, Nebraska. Expansion project to include construction of a new training area road (approximately 1500 SY, rock) and construction of approximately 5 concrete tent pads for emergency use operations on the site. Project will also include site grading, landscape plan, and design layout to extend power and potable water capabilities to the area . Location- 6700 East "J" Street, Bldg 800, Hastings, NE 68901 The project is the construction of an Emergency Use Tent facility site with five (5) concrete pads, electric service and access roads. There will be four separate alternate bid items (ABI's), a water main, an athletic field and parking area, nine additional electric services and tent sites. The work includes but is not limited to: Site grading, excavating and backfilling including constructing roads. Corrugated metal pipes for road entrances. Grading and aggregate for road construction. Construct 5 concrete tent pads. Primary and secondary electric services for 5 RV risers. Finish grading and stabilization. Water main and hydrant (Bid as ABI# 1). Finish grading and seed of the athletic field and grading and aggregate for a parking area (Bid as ABI#2). Installing wire, conduit and risers for the 9 services (Bid as ABI#3).
