Work involves replacing these aging beach access stairs by fully removing the existing stairs and installing a complete set of new stairs. Contractor shall construct replacement stairs using components from EZ Beach Steps (or equivalent) according to contractor's proposal as agreed to by the County subject to change orders approved by the County in writing. Before ordering materials and proceeding with installation, Contractor shall prepare and review final schematic design drawings illustrating the proposed installation with the County's Parks Manager and obtain written sign-off, making any necessary revisions.
